We cater anything from birthday parties to weddings in the central valley! Chose between our Airstream and our ice cream cart. We have 11 staple flavors that you can get year round, and then we have 8 flavors that change monthly. We have three ice cream shops across Fresno, all serving our house-made, small-batch ice cream!

Ampersand Ice Cream is a small batch creamery focused on using locally sourced products from businesses all over the Central Valley.
